Overview


Guided by three highly experienced facilitators, you’ll be invited to:


Explore questions such as:

 

  • What are my inner and outer resources that support me on my journey?
  • What blocks me from accessing them?
  • What do I want to do next - in my life; relationships; my work?

Learn tools to help you more readily find and trust your inner resources and expand your outer resources. 

Relax and recharge away from it all in the beautiful Romanian countryside.

Meet like minded people on their own unique paths in life.

Together we'll build a safe and stimulating environment, ideal for self exploration, learning from each other and enjoying ourselves. You can expect to receive one to one support together with main group sessions, smaller group work and individual exercises.

We’ll work flexibly to respond to your needs, and are experienced in a variety of tools to stimulate and support our learning. In previous workshops we've used (no prior experience is needed):

  • Solution Focused Counselling
  • Nonviolent Communication
  • Systemic Constellations
  • Sacred Dance
  • Energy Work
  • Yoga
  • Meditation.

Agenda

The overall theme is how to get more in touch with the wealth of resources we have to enable each of us to make the most of our Journey Of Life. We'll explore both the inner dimensions (e.g. our strengths and qualities) and the outer world (e.g. relationships, communities) and how to get more in touch with them. Throughout, we'll be working with Nonviolent Communication and Solution Focus as well as offering the possibility for some people to use Systemic Constellations.

The programme starts at 16.00 on Friday with a couple of hours to get to know each other and set the scene. During the weekend will be the main workshop activities and a typical daily agenda is shown below.

We'll develop the content of each day to respond to your needs so we have not included here a detailed agenda.

If you would like to come earlier or stay longer then there are plenty of things to do such as a visit to Bran Castle or trekking in the mountains.
