Come and join us for a time of self-exploration in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Part ‘retreat’, part ‘workshop’, this is a chance to step out of your day to day life and have a look at yourself, your career, work and your personal relationships. In the supportive company of like-minded people, and in a perfect location, you’ll be invited to explore such questions as:
What do I want to do next in my life and my work?
What might be holding me back?
What are my inner resources and how can I access them?
How can I deepen the relationships that matter most to me?
During the time we’ll work together to build a safe and stimulating environment, ideal for self exploration. We’ll focus on learning from each other, supporting each other and enjoying ourselves. You can expect to receive one to one support as well as working in the larger group and in smaller groups.
We’ll work flexibly to respond to your own needs, and we are experienced in a variety of tools to stimulate and support our learning.
The themes we'll cover will be built around ourselves, our relationships and the wider groups we live in (family, work, community). In previous workshops we've used Solution Focused Counselling, Nonviolent Communication, Systemic Constellations, Sacred Dance, Energy Work, Joga and Meditation.
